the novelty in design and animal-friendliness - to use in nursery
pens up to 60 kg animal weight. The new CHESS series is available sized
800 x 600 mm and 800 x 100 mm. It distinguishes itself by a unique surface
design, providing excellent step-safety to the piglets. The "chess
board" layout of the slits prevents the piglets from slipping, no
matter what direction of movement.
Due to its wide span of 800 mm, CHESS is a cost-effective solution for
a healthy and beneficial livestock keeping. In comparison to other nursery
panels, support beams are required in only 800 mm intervals. This saves
costs and installation effort. The assembly of the flooring system is
fast and easy.
CHESS panels have excellent self-cleaning quality. The natural movement
of the piglets is sufficient to keep a clean and dry flooring. To ensure
long-term application, CHESS panels are made of high-quality polypropylene.
They are resistant against lays, acids and disinfectants. The surface
stays in optimal condition even after years of use.
